The process of changing bios for the officers is as follows:

There are three components used.

• Page: DPBC Personnel (It is not necessary to do anything with this page)
• Post: there are 5 standard posts, one for each officer type:
  • Chair
  • 1st & 2nd vice chairs
  • treasurer
  • secretary.

Inside each post is a bio template with the bios of each officer.

To swap a bio, create a new bio template named: “bio <officer name>” E.g. bio Igor Stravinsky”

The bio template will need three widgets:

• Image with Max width set to 33%
• Header: “<Name>: <position>”
• Text block: bio text

Except for the image, do not resize any of these.

Save the template

In the Templates list, quick edit the template and add the “bio” category.

Edit the relevant officer post.

• Select the template widget and change it to the new bio template.
• Select the page settings and add a featured image and an excerpt. The image and excerpt can be different than the bio; the excerpt can be the first 30 words of the bio, or not.
